Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of professional IT, web development, digital marketing, and related services by Imrana Haruna Abdullah ("the Professional") to clients ("you"). By engaging my services, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Services Offered

I provide the following professional services:

• Web design and development
• IT infrastructure management and technical support
• Social media strategy and campaign management
• Document design, formatting, and production
• Digital branding and graphic design
• School support and educational digital services

2. Engagement & Agreement

All projects commence upon written or verbal agreement on scope and fees. A project brief or confirmation message serves as the binding agreement. Significant changes to project scope after commencement may attract additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

• A deposit of 50% of the agreed fee is required before work begins on any project.
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final file handover.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of engagement.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Revisions

Each project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Further revisions beyond this will be billed at an hourly or agreed flat rate. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All completed work becomes the intellectual property of the client upon receipt of full payment. Prior to full payment, all materials remain the property of the Professional. The Professional reserves the right to display completed work in their portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

All client information, business data, and project details shared during engagement are treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Provide all required content, assets, and information in a timely manner.
• Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframe.
• Ensure all materials provided are legally owned or licensed by the client.

8. Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at project commencement. Delays caused by late provision of client materials, late feedback, or changes to scope will extend delivery timelines proportionally. The Professional will always communicate proactively about any delays.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Professional's liability is limited to the value of fees paid for the specific project in question. No liability is accepted for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work.

10. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations before work has begun — full deposit refund.
• Cancellations after work has begun — deposit is non-refundable; charges apply for work completed to date.
• The Professional reserves the right to terminate an engagement if a client behaves abusively or fails to meet payment obligations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation first; failing that, through appropriate legal channels in Kano State.
